Photo record
We photograph your bag’s exterior at check-in to record its visible condition. These photos document the bag, rather than an inventory of its contents.

Your storage year starts when your first bag arrives. Reserve your space, then check in within six months of your reservation date.

Reserve & send
Choose how many bags you want to store on your household account. After reserving, arrange for your first bag to reach our Japan storage base within six months; your storage year has not started yet.

We store it
Our team labels your bag, records its arrival and photographs its exterior condition. Your 12-month storage period begins at the first bag’s check-in, with the bag record and storage status available in My Locker.

Plan your return
Confirm your Japan hotel and travel dates, then request delivery through My Locker. We confirm availability, timing and the quote before dispatch; delivery is charged separately for each bag and shipment, based on destination, size and weight.
