Read these policies before confirming a new booking. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing booking. Your non-excludable consumer rights remain protected.
Service provider
Snow Locker is an endorsed service operated by Nippon Direct Pty Ltd with Japan-based logistics and storage partners.
Account accuracy
Customers must provide accurate contact, booking, hotel and bag information and must not allow another person to misuse their secure sign-in link.
Availability
Collection and delivery dates are requests until confirmed. Weather, hotel acceptance, courier capacity and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Payments
Prices are in Japanese yen (JPY). When online booking opens, payment will be charged in JPY. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. Storage is purchased with one payment for a 12-month period from first check-in, with no automatic renewal. Japan delivery and collection are quoted separately before booking. Online payments are not yet available on this international website. Once available, payment confirmation is authoritative only after the Snow Locker payment system records the payment confirmation.
Acceptable use
Users must not interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or place prohibited goods in stored bags.
Booking terms and changes
Read the Storage Agreement, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Damage, Loss & Insurance policy before confirming a booking. The version accepted for your booking governs that booking; later website updates do not retrospectively remove your rights. Any new service or renewal price must be confirmed before payment.
Consumer rights and enquiries
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Send service enquiries or complaints to snowlocker@nippondirect.com.au with your booking reference and the outcome you are seeking. We will assess the concern, request any necessary evidence and respond with our proposed resolution; contact us again if the issue remains unresolved.
