Reserve the right number of bags

Choose Solo for one bag, Duo for two, or add extra bags to the same household account. Send your first bag within six months of reserving; your 12-month storage period starts at its first check-in, not on the payment date.

Arrange the first handover

Use My Locker to arrange collection. Confirm the hotel can hand over your bag, provide the booking name and contact details, and follow the confirmed collection instructions. Do not send a bag to an unconfirmed address.

See what happens at check-in

We assign each bag an ID, record its arrival and photograph its exterior. My Locker brings the bag identity, condition photos and storage status together. Exterior photos are not an inventory or inspection of the contents.

Plan the next trip

Once your accommodation is booked, request hotel delivery in My Locker. Confirm the hotel accepts ski bags and use the same guest name as your reservation. After your trip, request a return to storage. Each transport leg is charged separately; movements do not restart your storage year.
