Dry and protect your gear

Let skis, boards, boots and other eligible gear dry before packing. Protect edges and fragile parts, secure loose items and use a suitable ski or snowboard bag that closes properly. Check the carrier’s packaging requirements before handover.

Weigh the complete bag

The standard bag limit is 28 kg including the bag and everything inside. Weigh it after packing. Contact us about unusual dimensions before arranging transport; do not assume all long or bulky bags qualify for the standard rate.

Make the bag easy to identify

Use the same name as your booking and follow your collection instructions. Remove obsolete delivery labels and keep your own photos and a contents list. Our check-in photos record the exterior, not the individual items inside.

Leave unsuitable items out

Only eligible ski and snowboard gear should go in the bag. Dangerous or restricted items, perishables and unrelated commercial goods are not accepted. If you are unsure about an item, contact support before packing it.
